Ok, so I got a really nice mp3 player for Christmas and one of the first things I did was try out overdrive. Not a fun experience. It is not user friendly and does not explain what everything means, like "add to cart" versus "place a hold", the directions stated to obtain a book to "add to cart" but almost all books had "place a hold" and not "add to cart" so I was extremely confused! I finally realized that there was no "add to cart" because the item was not available! So...I was finally able to get a book downloaded, not something I wanted and in fact I am not even listening to it.
But when it comes to NetLibrary, it is so EASY!!! And there are many many more titles. The software is easier and more user friendly. I will, from now on, only use this function....
